CLI 方向指南

当前仓库尚未交付本页中的多子命令 CLI。可执行入口仍是 go run ./cmd/aios 启动的 bootstrap/server binary。

本页说明未来 CLI 的命令结构方向，以及当前仓库如何避免把规划误写成已实现能力。
